As co-owner of Strzelecki Realty my real estate know-how goes much deeper than just selling and managing homes. I’m the go-to agent for challenging property deals that need some extra TLC. The vast majority of properties in Victoria’s east are owner-occupied, so home sales is our primary service, but we also support property investors with leasing and managing residential homes. In addition I am experienced in helping developers sell land, and can support commercial clients with leasing or selling business premises. My breadth of experience across both residential and commercial property has seen me gain a reputation for helping clients close a wide variety of deals, and I am often the person people seek out when the transaction is highly complex or technical and needs a deep understanding of legislation or regulations. As an empathic person with a big heart, I truly enjoy being able to support clients going through a especially difficult time or highly emotional situation. Supporting a family with the sale of a deceased estate or a retiree with navigating the decisions needed to rightsize their life and find a home that meets their future needs is where I really excel. It's a pleasure to be their guide. Being a person that loves to get my hands dirty and really dig into the nitty gritties of real estate, I will also take on the more challenging projects. With a background that includes a Diploma of conveyancing, I can go further for my clients’ – helping them solve really big issues – something that other agents wouldn’t normally be willing to do. This is one of the things that makes Strzelecki Realty really stand out. As a keen supporter of community projects, I’m always willing to put my hand up to volunteer and get enthusiastically involved with projects that benefit the entire community. Today, I contribute and sponsor worthy causes as well as serve on the committee at the nearby high school.

Great help

I love Tanya's RE magic
