Honesty versus spin

Tanya was very professional in her dealings on our behalf with the prospective buyers. Besides being a local, Tanya had a grasp of the two sides of the market viz the seller's and the buyer's expectation of the value of the property in the local and regional real estate market place. Tanya is an excellent communicator who speaks English in a clear simple language - there is no spin attached to same. She was always honest in both her thoughts and subsequent dialogue as to our aspirations of the value of our property and as to which sector of the market we/she should be selling to. Tanya is a marker for future real estate sales persons in that they should be honest, look after your client's interests at all times, know your market sector and above all do not deal in spin.
