Tanya, Bree and her team work tirelessly together to ensure both buyer and seller are kept completely informed. They will go above and beyond to ensure both parties are happy with a little persuasive nurturing. I would recommend Tanya and her team as they are persistent and do their upmost to achieve results.
I found Tanya and her team to be very professional in the way they conduct business. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist with short notice periods. My experience was a feeling of being treated genuinely, professionally and with a personal touch - not just another business transaction.
Regularly checking in on progress - always prompt with responses
We would recommend Tanya without hesitation to any sellers in Buderim. She has an excellent local knowledge, a high standard of service and a committed team supporting her.
Tanya Mungomery and her team are professionals in their field. Their service is first class and made selling our home as stress free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking at selling their home.
Tanya Mungomery is the most amazing agent. Her enthusiam, knowledge of the market and help when you come to sell your house is second to none. Tanya worked hard from the minute she walked through my door and made sure that all my questions were answered promptly. I have always said when it came time to sell my house I would use Tanya for all the above reasons and sell it she did prior to auction. Tanya is also a pretty amazing person too x Highly recommended. Excellent market knowledge, tenacious, efficient, great levels of service supported by an effective & friendly team.
We have recently purchased a property through Tanya Mungomery's Agency and were very pleased with the whole experience. Tanya is approachable and extremely helpful. There was no high pressure pitch and we felt comfortable in our dealings with her. Thank you for making the purchasing experience problem free. I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone considering selling or purchasing a property.
Really enjoyed dealing with Tanya & her team during the purchase of my new apartment. Nothing was too much trouble & a couple of very specific requests/queries were dealt with promptly & willingly. This effectively won her the sale! I would highly recommend Tanya as your agent!
We walked into a property which was to be auctioned within the hour. Tanya organised registration for us to bid, quickly and easily. During the auction she was available to answer questions and assist as required. Our bid was successful but a settlement date needed to be established as there was a vendor mortgage which had to be cleared. Tanya kept us informed every step of the way and negotiated with the vendor to allow us an early settlement date. She also arranged with the vendor to have some additional work done at the property. Since we moved in Tanya and her assistant Bree have been touch to ensure that we were happy and having a positive new home experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Tanya Mungomery.
A very pleasurable experience with Tanya. All went smoothly and we have now settled into our new unit. Enjoyed the bubbly and my orchid is beautiful. Thankyou TM Estate Agents. Regards Jan and John
