We walked into a property which was to be auctioned within the hour. Tanya organised registration for us to bid, quickly and easily. During the auction she was available to answer questions and assist as required. Our bid was successful but a settlement date needed to be established as there was a vendor mortgage which had to be cleared. Tanya kept us informed every step of the way and negotiated with the vendor to allow us an early settlement date. She also arranged with the vendor to have some additional work done at the property.
