We are pleased to have her as an agent. She is very professional and pleasant to deal with and always helpfull. Especially her phone manner is excellent always happy and so friendly.

Tanya was very efficient in her initial dealings with us. We really felt she had confidence in our ability to sell our house and that she actually really liked it as well. Tanya is a boots and all type of agent and was there on the ground at every point, overseeing every process. The information and advice Tanya gave us was spot on and I feel that our house sold quickly because I followed her advice. I was also confident that we had achieved the best price possible for our property due to her hard work! Thank you, Tanya.

We were assisted by Tanya and Gail. The ladies work well together, nothing was too much trouble, All our problems were sorted out promptly .

I would like to say thank you very much for excellent service I received from Tanya Mungomery during the period of selling my home. The whole process was conceived and carried through to a successful completion with flair and consummate professionalism and I appreciated the high level of communication and feedback from open inspections. I would thoroughly recommend Tanya Mungomery to sell your property and get the job done.

This is our second sale inside one year with Tanya. This one was even more stress free than the first. Clear and timely communication is a key strength of Tanya. I have no hesitation in recommending Tanya.

Tanya was lovely to deal with in the recent purchase of our land along with Damien Michael from McGrath Real Estate Agents. She is professional, has great communication and is very supportive. Thank you Tanya!

Tanya has been fantastic throughout this very difficult process. Her professional and excellent communications skills have been incredible. Thank you.

From the very beginning Tanya worked her hardest to get us the best results. Throughout the whole marketing campaign she made us feel like we were her most important clients and there was nothing she wouldn't do to help us or ensure we had the best possible chance of getting the optimum price for our property. Our auction campaign was a great option, we sold under the hammer and it was certainly the best experience we have ever had selling a property. Tanya was simply the best and we wouldn't hesitate to use her services again or recommend her to our friends.
