I wanted to sell my house in Maleny. I also wanted an Agent that was different= I wanted to show Maleny that you don't have to use the same people that work, sleep, eat and live there - bring in new blood and new ideas(Maleny is quite clicky). I wanted someone that would work with me and have the same passion in my property as I have. I wanted that Agent to have sound knowledge, not only in Real Estate but across the board. I wanted that person to get back to me when I needed them to. I needed an Agent to be able to communicate respectfully and honestly. I needed that person to be positive, supportive and cheerful when things didn't go according to plan. I wanted that person to have different ideas and not be put off by exploring options. I'm a stickler for punctuality (and those old values that are important to me) and needed the same from my Agent. I wanted the Agent fees (on the sale of the property) to be fair and not over the top. My old values also wanted someone that presented well, professionally as well as being down to earth.......YES......I had my needs met and surpassed thanks Tanya! We will do business again and as I have already mentioned, will promote your excellent service at any opportunity!
I first got to meet Tanya when she sold the house of an elderly neighbour who was on her own. Tanya impressed me with her care and professionalism. She took the time to explain everything that was needed and my neighbour was very happy with the outcome. So when my sister and I had to sell our Mum's house recently, we contacted Tanya. She gave us really sound advice about how best to prepare the house for sale, and despite it being put on the market at Christmas time last year, she had a signed contract by 11th January this year. The contract is now unconditional and we are very happy with her service. Tanya is very hardworking and was always available to us whenever we contacted her. She communicates really well with both buyer and seller and always keeps on top of things. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Tanya is a fantastic agent, willing to go that extra mile for her customers. The sale of our property took a while to find the right person to buy the property but Tanya handled it like a star! She was professional, and at times the process was challenging for her but she took it all in her stride and displayed nothing but professionalism though out the whole process. Through out the whole settlement process she was in contact and even after settlement rang to congratulate us on everything going through.
