Tanya was very helpful with any question I had. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk too. I felt confident in her ability to ensure the buying process ran smoothly. Would definitely use Tanya again in the future.
Tanya was readily available and accommodating when we needed to see the unit that we were interested in purchasing. She was always friendly and went beyond being just helpful through out the process of the sale and then attended to our requests, as we were in Sydney, between signing the contract and moving into our new unit. I recommend Tanya as being a very capable, friendly and capable agent.
I have not completed/scored stars in all categories on account of my interaction with Tanya being short and concise. I don’t know much about her market knowledge and negotiation skills as I was reasonably “happy” with the asking price of the property. Communicating with this lady was a pleasure, she was clear and friendly on the phone and from the time we arrived on site she was attentative, friendly, listened to our criteria and ticked all the boxes as we spoke. She made sure we saw all the features of the unit and the super facilities of the complex. This lady is sincere and very helpful which is reassuring of her credibility. Tanya was not recommended to us, we contacted her about the property advertised but I am sure there are many people in the market place who who would speak highly of her credibility, sincerity and friendly disposition. NOTE! I did this review as it was presented to me via email. The threat of tolerance of fake and defamatory reviews leaves a bad taste...
We came to Tanya after a very frustrating attempt to sell our house through another agent. Our advice is just go to Tanya first and don't waste your time signing with other agents. Tanya was an absolute delight to work with. She did EVERYTHING. She completely surpassed our expectations. To say we were gun-shy after the experience with the other agents would be an understatement. Tanya understood that and went on to show us how good a real estate agent can be. She literally did everything, and perhaps our biggest surprise was when we went to the house to clean up the alfresco area the night before an open house and Tanya showed up - ready to clean our house if it needed it!! We were so impressed. So, our advice is do not waste your time signing with other agencies, do not put yourself in the position of having to wait out the 3-month sole agency condition, just sign with Tanya from Vicki Stewart Properties FIRST and have a really good experience.
Tanya provided a calming experience whilst the family were under pressure to sell our mothers property. She is highly knowledgeable and graced with great communication skills. Nothing was too hard for her and she proved very generous with her time and travel with both myself and the purchasers. What a breath of fresh air it is dealing with Tanya for the purchase of our home in QLD. We were very impressed with Tanya from our first meeting with her at the open house inspection. Not only was she fully prepared, having all the strata information detailed on the flyer given to us as we entered the property at inspection, she also spent time explaining the requirements for purchasing a home under the state of QLD. This was incredibly helpful for us and much appreciated, as we hadn't bought in QLD before.
