Tanya Novek sold my property 9 Black Wattle Grove, Narellan Vale on Saturday the 14th of April 2018 for $770,000. This property was my first home and my first experience in selling property. Initially, when I decided to put my home on the market in November 2017, I had no knowledge of how to pick a good Real Estate Agent or what even defined a “good” Real Estate Agent. I first decided to go with another local and well-known Agent who priced my home at $740,000 - $760,000.
