Tanya made us feel at ease with the viewing right from the beginning as she immeadiately recognised Norma's need for assitance due to her MS; and her need for some 'flat' spots outside in the garden. She obviously knew the house very well and was able to point out all its advantages, easpecially the view and gentle slope. It didn't take her long to notice that we were extremely keen on the property and strongly recommended to make an offer. Unfortuneately, another couples offer was accepted. We made a number of offer's to be put to the vendor, each offer was rejected almost Immediately. It was clear that no attempt to negotiate was made. Tanya had told us that there were other offers being made at the same time as ours which was highly unlikely given that the property had been on the market for over 2 years without a previous offer being made.
