In an industry where good service is the norm and expected Tara stands out. The firs time I spoke to Tara it related to the house we ended up buying but wasn't at that time available so Tara asked for our needs and although there were difficult to cater for she furnished us with possible alternatives. When we finished speaking I told my partner that I hope that whatever we end up buying I hope Tara sells it to us. She has that quality of doing the right thing for her seller as well as well as going the extra miles for the buyers and this is a literal truth in our case for the home we bought. Tara's friendly, polite and always positive. She sees the deal from start to finish and you have no doubt she's always on the job working for you.

We had to put our trust in Tara as we were not local to the location of our house. She communicated well and acted entirely on our behalf and was a liaison not only with the buyer but with any requests we had i.e. lawn mowing meeting them and letting them have access.

Tara was a great agent and so helpful

We listed with Tara following a conversation over the Christmas break. I found Tara easy to talk to and although she was on her break for Christmas she was happy to take the time to talk to me and then followed me up the following week when we were back at work to see what we could do. The second reason we went with Tara is because of the price difference to that of another local agent. In addition to the price difference we were keen to go with an agent that had some get up and go. Someone who we knew would work the property for us, a young person who we could help grow their career. Towards the start I think there may have been a couple of weeks that I hadn’t heard from Tara which I was a little surprised about. Following a discussion with Tara about this we were happy with discussions going forward. With regards to the sale, we were happy when the offer came through from the purchaser however felt it was a long time coming but that’s the market as well. Tara helped follow up the purchaser when we had questions even when she was on leave and we really appreciated that as we were struggling to get much of a response from our conveyor. Overall Tremayne and I are more than happy with Tara’s service. We wish you all the best for the future!
