Tara’s market knowledge was good. Tara and the other members of C21 were friendly to deal with. We were happy with the price we achieved for our property but at times the sale process frustrated us with a number of false starts which did cost us money, both on the property and in solicitors fees. If we had our time again we would of got Tara to hold the sales advice until purchases had financed approved.
