disappointing experience I was interested in 2 properties but could not arrange an inspection for the first property despite multiple attempts- was advised ‘we aren’t scheduling inspections’. When I inspected the second property the agent did not know basic property information (number of units in block, water heater location, the floor span etc) When I put in several offers (within the advertised price range) I was told the owners were firm on their expected price and my offers were too low (but they were within the advertised price). I finally had an offer accepted but a few days later I received a text advising me they had accepted a higher offer! and I had to match it and first in gets it (despite my offer being officially accepted previously) The minor issues raised at the final inspection were not addressed as I requested. After final settlement I recieved no courtesy communication from the agent at all- no text, no email, no phonecall, no gift, no card, no Thankyou, no congratulations, no nothing….! no courtesy call or email, no contact at all. The agent was pleasant to deal with but I would expect more effort and some acknowledgement of the sale rather than nothing = very disappointing
