Market knowledge: keep selling Bryon Bay real estate as Bryon sells itself because of "name", not knowledgeable selling farm acreage not situated in Bryon Bay. Professionalism: tell them what they want to hear, keep them happy, even if an assumption, Tara made many assumptions on our behalf. Communication: Tara had great communication with the buyer, not the vendor, conveying her strategy to buyer, not us, coming back at us "faint accompli" buyer has agreed to a price which wasn't in range. Our solicitor held the deposit not agent, Tara saying that is not the way, rang our solicitor asking if we made a mistake, the gall, all about having first take at deposit money on settlement. Agent does not have to hold deposit. Tara threatened legal action after one day of not receiving monies, no contact with us tho, not even a call, email on settlement.
