Being a very unique property, Tara was highly optimistic from start to finish. After a while, due to current circumstances, Tara got the sale over the line, doing everything she could to make to make it happen.. Thank you for your persistence.

I recently purchased a property on the GC unseen, unable to entre Queensland at the time. Tara was representing the sellers, however she was just so helpful and obliging in so many areas not normally performed by previous selling agents. Tara arranged for some maintenance, painters, cleaners and registered my dog with the GCCC and applied to the body corporate on my behalf. Tara was always available when I phoned her. I will certainly use Tara again should I ever sell. As I had not inspected the premises before purchase there were some concerns, but Tara gave me honest answers to any questions I put to her. I have a very high regard and respect for her. Thank you Tara for making it all easier.

Tara from Rockpool Real Estate was an absolute joy to deal with from the moment we met her!! During an inspection of another property Tara took the time to find out our story and what we really wanted for our first home. She stayed in touch with us as our house hunt progressed and sent us any property she felt would be suitable for us.
