Taraan helped the reviewer sell this property

A dedicated agent who stayed committed right through to settlement!

We recently sold our property in Mitcham through Taraan from CHN Real Estate, and today, with settlement successfully completed, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge his efforts. Selling a family home is a big decision, and the journey isn't always straightforward. Our campaign certainly had its challenges, but what stood out was Taraan's determination, positive attitude and willingness to keep working towards a successful outcome. Throughout the process, he offered practical advice, helped us navigate changing circumstances and remained committed even when things didn't go exactly to plan. We particularly appreciated his persistence, approachable nature and the effort he put into getting the sale across the line. What also matters is having an agent who remains involved beyond finding a buyer, especially when there are final details to work through before settlement. Taraan genuinely puts in the effort and takes pride in his work. We are grateful for his support throughout this important chapter of our lives. Thank you, Taraan, for your hard work and commitment. We would happily recommend you to anyone considering selling their property in Mitcham or the surrounding suburbs!
