We didn't get to spend much time with Tarin, mostly because she sold our house in 3 days!!! Tarin is the most charismatic person we have ever met, turning any little negative into a positive and helping inspire us to put in the hard yards to give it it's best chance. We we're chasing a quick sale, but through Tarin's selling style she made the buyers fall in love with the home and created a high competition outcome through clever marketing/communication. We sold for above our list asking price and we truly believe it is all due to Tarin's sales techniques. This was our first sale of our first home as a young family and Tarin's encouragement allowed us to feel excited about the process instead of sad. We will definitely be using Tarin again on any other houses we sell.
