From the start Tarquinn showed his experience and knowledge of the product that he was selling. Everything that happened through the selling of the unit happened as he said it would so that tells me that he knows what he is doing and his knowledge is second to none. I had another appraisal from a larger office in Townsville and that came in at $331,000 to $364,000 which I did think was a bit short.
