With a good marketing organised and with property due to be auctioned in about a months time, I was pleasantly surprised to find that just after only one open house an offer was made a few days later. I subsequently accepted the offer and my house was sold. Also considering the effort I personally put into property i.e. painting, tiling and new flooring , the sale of my home proved to be fairly stress free and provided me with an excellent result.

Tarryn provided us with excellent service and was always providing us with updates and information about the sale of our house and the interest in it. Her advice was always practical and we had high confidence in her knowledge and approach. She always gave of her time no matter how long that took and made herself available at the times we needed.
