Both men were excellent communicators throughout the process, up front and on target with expected costings for the marketing campaign and set a realistic end sale price expectation from the beginning as well. Over the course of the open homes, we were provided with up front feedback, kept up to date with all inspections, contracts sent out and any offers that came through prior to auction. In the lead up to auction day and on the day itself we had great communication from both Tarun and Jesse, with Tarun in particular giving us some great advice during the course of the auction that enabled us to achieve the desired result in the end.
