Tarun and Carlos were the two agents I met and deal with. I met Carlos at the open home and he was very welcoming and informative. The day before the auction, my solicitor raised an issue which may affect the way I bid. Tarun took it onboard and resolved it promptly to my satisfaction in time for the auction. At auction, Carlos assisted me through out the very stressful process and I was delighted to have placed the winning bid in the end. There were a couple of issues arose prior to settlement and both of them were very eager to get it resolved satisfactorily. It was a pleasant experience dealing with team Tarun and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
