Tara's knowledge of the complex was very helpful when it came to selling the property. We originally bought the property from her and figured who would be better at selling it for us. She kept in communication and kept us up to date with who was interested and who wasn't. The only downside we found was that it was not only her we were dealing with. Another person at the agent was also in contact with us. It got to a point where we were thinking who is actually handling our sale. As we only wanted to deal with Tara. Hence why we phoned her. Even during negotiating this person was advising us to go for the first offer. Which i thought was strange.

Taryn & Scott did a fantastic job of preparing/informing me with the sale of my sister's dwelling. My sister had passed away and the dwelling was not in the best shape.
