There is no doubt that the market has been a tough place to navigate for a prospective purchaser over the last few months but I most definitely had a fantastic experience with Tas. I spoke with numerous agents and enquired with a number of them that never got back to me, but with Tas this was different. I sent the initial enquiry at circa 11pm at night and Tas responded the very next morning at around 7am to try and organise a time to get me through, the man doesn't muck around. I was very busy with work and thought it may be a struggle to arrange an inspection, yet Tas met me that very day and didn't make me feel rushed one bit. That prompt action allowed me to see it prior to going into a lockdown which very well may not have happened with another agent. Leading into the auction and post signing the contract Tas has always been friendly, very attentive and down to earth which to me is like gold in this space. I think that Tas places a high value on relationships and providing the prospective purchaser with the attention and respect that will ultimately result in more business for him in the long run. It is a service that all too often is neglected. I would highly recommend Tas as I know that if he provides the prospective purchaser with the diligence and friendly approach that he does, I will get the best result when selling without missing any opportunities.
