Tash negotiated a quick sale for us. At a price we were happy with. We completed what maintenance needed to be done (with the builder completing other very minor items to be completed asap) prior to the sale becoming unconditional. Tash kept us updated regarding the sale and everything needing to be done for the sale prior to it becoming unconditional. I would recommend Tash, and Adam, for any sale within the creswick and surrounding district. They know this district better than any other agents out there. They have sold more than just this one house for us and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone in the district selling a house. Very happy.
