Honest, approachable and a knowledgeable agent

Tash recently helped us purchase a property in Dean. First impression was professional and friendly when we first inspected the property. Coming from out of the area she provided us with everything we needed to know about the property but also gave us an insight into the local area which we found invaluable. She not only negotiated the sale of the home with the vendors, she also went above her role and helped us in trying to find suitable accommodations while we await settlement. Her insight into the greater region also assisted us in finding an excellent local school for our daughter and her positive feedback about the school and the all -round education that she would attain by enrolling at this school. The negotiation was made stress free with her honesty and skills. Nothing was too much trouble and she organized inspections to suit us and her availability and response was quick. Although, having said all of that, the best thing about Tash at PRD was her honesty. We haven't had the best experience with agents in our past experiences buying and selling properties, but Tash proved that there are honest agents out there. Thank you Tash, we value her professionalism and her honesty and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property in the area.
