From the moment I contacted PRD about the listing, Tash was responsive and transparent in her communication. Selling and purchasing property can be a stressful experience for both parties. Tash and the vendor negotiated in good faith and character throughout the process, balancing professionalism and humanity to make the sale as positive as possible.
