Tash, as a local agent, was able to provide valuable information about the town where our house is located. Tash was obliging in arranging a couple of inspections at short notice and was prompt in communicating with the vendor and ourselves re a sale offer. Tash's colleague Adam was also very helpful in resolving some queries regarding location of utilities and liaising with Tash.
