I live interstate and needed someone who knew the area and was honest and reliable. Tash was actually on holidays when I arrived in Perth to fix up my house and she still responded to me and answered all the questions I had about selling my house. She didn't do a sing and dance about why I should choose her, she was just straight down the line, told me how it is and told me how she was going to sell my house and for how much.
