Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. Very nice, but a lot of our requests were dismissed or forgotten. We were the buyers in this case, so no doubt it’s a very different experience. We came within half a day of pulling out of the purchase because we couldn’t get written confirmation that major structural repairs were being attended to before the deadline to withdraw. If it hadn’t have been for the Settlement Agents stepping in, we would have pulled the plug.
We cannot fault Tash. She is a fantastic real estate agent with her results speaking for themselves.
