Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. Very nice, but a lot of our requests were dismissed or forgotten. We were the buyers in this case, so no doubt it’s a very different experience. We came within half a day of pulling out of the purchase because we couldn’t get written confirmation that major structural repairs were being attended to before the deadline to withdraw. If it hadn’t have been for the Settlement Agents stepping in, we would have pulled the plug.

We cannot fault Tash. She is a fantastic real estate agent with her results speaking for themselves. She kept us in the loop along the way from the very first home open through to contracting, even whilst she was taking some leave. Tash is well grounded and is extremely knowledgable of the market. Tash was so kind and professional. She did not pressure me into anything I did not wish to do and presented exactly what I wanted to offer to the sellers, even if it may not have been accepted. She was not 'bent' on manipulating to sell the property. She was in fact helpful, caring, quick to reply, resourceful, flexible, and made the whole experience a joyful one - which is what it should have been since I was buying my first home! I've waited until after I have moved in and settled to write this review of Tash as unfortunately I had a horrible experience with a different realtor that left me quite untrusting.
