Tash was amazing, truly fantastic customer service and caring for the us as people and our concerns in the sale of our house. She was always available, friendly, great communicator and straight with the progress and sale. Tash went above and beyond expectations at every turn. This is the second house we have listed and successfully sold with Tash and we would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend her highly enough, there really is no comparable agent I have met in the industry or market. It is not just a sale to Tash its a relationship, and this makes all the difference. Task will be there after the sale to support any questions as well, which is absolutely unique!. Many thanks to Tash.

I told Tash I needed it sold after one home open. She delivered as per normal saving me the stress of having to prepare the house, children, puppy and dog more than once! Tash also got the price I was after. Thanks again Tash.

Tash is straight forward and easy to deal with.

Tash Welburn recently sold our home in South Perth. We found her to be extremely professional in every way from our initial interview through to hand over. She carefully explained the processes involved and what options were available to us. We were always well informed, we felt that Tash was totally loyal and committed to obtaining the best possible price and was working for us, not the buyer. We have been so impressed by her level of service that she will be selling our investment property in the immediate future. We have no hesitation in recommending Tash to other sellers.

We have bought and sold several houses in Perth and find Tash to be the best agent we have ever dealt with. Her communication, energy and dedication are unmatched. A top agent with a real flair for what she does. We highly recommend her service.

The whole process was seamless and we had the upmost confidence in Tash. She knows the area like the back of her hand and will tell you how it is. We would never go with anyone else.

I have bought and sold many houses and Tash has been without a doubt the most professional agent I have had the pleasure to work with. Tash kept me up to date on all areas of the sale of my house. She went beyond the call of duty to assist me during the sale of my house and managed to achieve an excellent final selling price. Tash has an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and is extremely professional along with being very down to earth.

Tash always carried a smile as she went about her job, very accommodating with queries and readily solved them very quickly herself or when necessary would do all the ground work and investigating to attain the appropriate answer. Nothing was too much bother for her and she was uncanny at providing excellent advice. On two occasions now where she has marketed and managed the sale of our primary residence and then our investment property we were confidently at ease with the way she went about her business and knew we had chosen the right person to deliver us the best possible result. Admiration of a true professional in Tash is easy, as to go with her wonderful personality, she has a positive, firm and proactive approach, very well researched and informed. She certainly knows her job and the achievements in her career to date speaks volumes for her efforts.

Tash made the proces of selling my house as simple, and painless as possible. She was more worried about selling my place than I was and was just as invested in the outcome. Thanks for a great result - a quick sale at a good price.

Great communicator and takes care of business 😃

Tash has a wealth of knowledge on how to achieve the best result in selling properties especially in EVP and Vic Park. She made time for any interested parties to do individual inspections and gave me honest and timely appraisals which was really good. All in all we achieved a great result and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their property!

We found Tash to be very knowledgeable, professional, patient, pro-active and she was able to achieve our desired sales result.
