We recently purchased a property that was being sold by Tate. As we were interstate, we were unable to inspect the property in person. Tate organised for a 40 minute one-on-one walk through of the property via Facetime, so that we could get a visual walk through of the property. Tate's team of assistants also helped us on auction day, by bidding on our behalf over the phone, and assisting with contract execution on the day.
