I engaged Tate after having tried to sell a house and land package I had built through another agent that handled the Estate where I had bought the land and sold me the land. I set a sale price to which I thought was fair. They never got one decent enquiry and gave me no feedback. After engaging Tate he got me a contract ( cash) at the exact price that I was after with the other agent within 3 weeks. He had a great asset in getting the house furnished for the month which definitely help sell the price. I also had a block of land which I bought in the same Estate. The same thing happened with that. He got more than the price I was after within 2 months ( cash sale). The other agent again did not bring me an interested party. I think Tate himself is young and keen. His staff were switched on and the for a reason to get deals done. I think Tate is a go to sales agent.

We were impressed with Tate after our first meeting with him. He was professionally attired, had an amazing market knowledge and used his connections to obtain a quick sale. His enthusiasm and passion for real estate is palpable. Communication over the duration of the process was excellent, constantly updating us with developments. On the first day of advertising the house online through the Raine and Horne website, Tate had a potential cash buyer. Within 11 days contracts were exchanged and the house was settled three days after this. Although the process was chaotic personally due to the short time frame, our main goal was for a quick sale and this was achieved.

Tate has sold two homes now that I have purchased within 1 to 2 weeks. He is the only Real Estate agent that I know that you contact and he is either seeing you on the same day or the next. He listens to your requires and does his very best to achieve the results.
