We were lucky to have Carolyn Brukner, as the agent handling the property, that we eventually purchased. We saw the property online & submitted 2 offers, the second was accepted by the Vendor. At that stage we had not physically been to site to inspect the property as we live in Sydney. Carolyn was concerned that by us not seeing the property, we might not like it, & if so, could loose part of our deposit. However, we did have relatives inspect on our behalf. We had intended flying up to see the property ourselves, but it was to occur after we lodged our offer & 10% deposit. So it wasn't without risk of not liking the property The property photographs we excellent & justified the property. There we no hidden issues with the property &/or concealed in the photographs. We were happy with the professionalism shown by Carolyn, as she was ensuring that we would not be disappointed, & we weren't. Carolyn was very extremely helpful during the negotiation phase, given that there were a few hiccups with the Vendor. We were in fear of the sale falling through, but this was avoided by Carolyn's skills. We were grateful, that Tate handed the property to Carolyn to sell, & she looked after us very well, In the end we secured the property Both Tate & Carolyn was present at the time we agreed following through with the purchase.
