Tate helped the reviewer buy this property

Very Happy

In less than 2 hrs. I knew the sinking fund and had a viewing with Dave. Very prompt and no fluffing around the edges sales talk. Polite and direct and very approachable service. Very truthful and helpful aswell. I was at Auction 2 hrs later and SOLD! I had my property. Do your research and then act promptly. They are undeniably the best real estate agent’s I have come across in my 10yrs of checking out the market of NSW and Gold Coast. Tate and his staff met and surpassed my standards.
