Tate helped the reviewer buy this property

Awesome Agent !!!

We met Tate and his team on a few occasions when we were looking at open homes each weekend for a couple of months. All the houses we were looking at were within a few ks of each other, Tate gave us more information on the surrounding area than we thought we knew ourselves. With this knowledge we used it to our advantage, as we now knew where the market was at. We finally found a house that we liked, and best part of all Tate was the agent. My immediate thought was "I sort of had a relationship going with Tate so we may be able to strike a good deal" But I was wrong hahaha, I offered $20 - $50k less then he was asking but he put up a good fight to make it fair for both parties involved. When we finally agreed on a price the settlement was awesome!! He pretty much had everything sorted, all the stress was taking care of so we ended up settled quicker than normal. If we are to sell our house in the future I will definitely use Tate as it felt like buying through a friend, rather than a Fake stranger!!
