From start to finish Tate and the Jas Stephens team were easy, reliable and enjoyable to work with. Even prior to formally engaging Tate, we weren't hounded for our business which we appreciated...! Tate kept us up to date regularly and was honest and direct in his advice to us. I can only guess that the many positive attributes we experienced as vendors (human, likeable, transparent) were also experienced by prospective buyers too.
