Tate has clearly been in the business for quite a long time, and brought a wealth of experience to the process, including experience with sales of houses in the specific street. We started working with Tate well before the house was actually ready to sell. He provided useful insights into which repairs, modifications, etc might be 'necessary' before the sale, and which could be avoided. He also connected us to a network of local suppliers who were able to do a vast range of work to get the house ready. That part of the process was much easier than it would have been had I tried to source trades myself. Throughout the process, Tate was professional, but also optimistic and empathetic.
