Everyone from Tate through to the Marketing and Admin teams went above and beyond for us - it's a well-oiled machine from a process perspective. Even prior to formally engaging Tate, we weren't hounded for our business which we appreciated...! Tate kept us up to date regularly and was honest and direct in his advice to us. I can only guess that the many positive attributes we experienced as vendors (human, likeable, transparent) were also experienced by prospective buyers too. Even in a tricky market Tate was able to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations.
