Excellent honest collaborator and communicator

Tate sold my apartment at what was a particularly challenging time to sell property, and yet the experience of working with him was excellent. He’s honest (won’t fluff around), demonstrated great market knowledge and always had a plan/strategy, even when we had to pivot a few times. He was warm and professional to deal with - promptly sending texts / email updates, and kept me across any movements. I didn’t need to chase him; he was reliable and he’d reach out when there were decisions to make. When things got challenging, he sought out opportunities to reposition the property without me needing to suggest anything. All up, whilst the market was not completely in my favour, I had a great experience selling with him / Jas Stephens.
