Tate Moore is excellent.
JAS is great, but not because of the nepotism of Craig Stephens. Tate Moore is the true excellence of the firm. Tate’s in-depth daily knowledge of the market, strategic thinking, how to present a house for sale, and recommending options of firms that can spruce up, repair, and paint was incredible. We achieved so much more $ upon sale due to Tate Moore. I recommend him.
