Tate had me covered from day 1. When I decided to put my investment property on the market, Tate was happy to give up part of his Sunday to review what was needed and he was all solutions - which I needed to get the house up to scratch for the auction. Just a refresh, but still bits and pieces and he helped to make this happen quickly and in a coordinated way for me and the broader team who helped.
