Tate is a stalwart of the industry, destined for great things. Apprenticed since the age of 12, his real estate nous is top notch and then some. His communication skills are astounding and definitely his shining light. His ethical, trustworthy, considerate, generous persona is as authentic as they come. This principled human being is too good for the real estate game. His negotiating skills achieved a suburban record for me. Tate is the prototype from which we need to clone, so the world could become a better place. His management & coordination of real estate matters from start to finish is worth all the stars in the Milky Way. Forget the flimsy five stars destined for other agents.
