Tatijana Stevanovic recently helped my wife and me sell our unit in Canberra, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is incredibly responsive, caring, and genuinely helpful. Her honesty and excellent communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Before finding Tatijana, we were very disappointed with the careless work of our previous agent. I talked to few agents beforehand and I decided to work with Tatiana because I thought she was honest but also willing to work harder to meet our target. She did everything right in time and followed up with the potential buyers. I enjoyed working with her.

Buying a home can be stressful, but Tatijana made everything feel smooth and manageable. Her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for our needs really stood out. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and that level of integrity is hard to find. We’re so grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend Tatijana to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and communicative real estate agent.

Tatijana was professional at all times. She went above and beyond with staging our house putting in the extra time to add any special touches. Times we were away or there were last minute requests to open our home she arrived early to ensure everything was perfect (on my request) including moving our pets to segregated parts of the yard during openings. Tatijana kept us informed and was always honest with us every step of the way.

I had a great experience buying my first home with Tatijana. She was very professional, responsive and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to her, it was all straightforward and easy. Highly recommend.

By the time I found Tatijana and Edge Realty I reckon I had dealt with 50 different agents and inspected 100s properties including auctions and was well and truly over looking at houses By chance I happened to drive past the property I have since purchased, and thought what the hell here's another one I may as well look at and meet Tatijana for the first time There were some aspects of the property I was not keen on but generally it was what I had been looking for and with Tatijanas guidance and constant support I proceeded with the purchase Agents can sometimes become too much but Tatijanas Charisma and softly softly approach saved me a lot of sleepless nights and would recommend her whole heartedly

Tatijana gave us a delightful first impression. She was friendly and approachable, and didn’t come on too strong or pressure me into a sale. As a first home-buyer, this was a scary endeavour and a heavy decision, but I felt like I was in good hands with her from the beginning. She gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and the rest of the complex. I felt comfortable to take my time investigating the property and come to her with any questions, which she answered honestly and in very knowledgeable detail. When I decided to make an offer, she went above and beyond to negotiate a great price for me. After my offer was accepted, Tatijana was incredibly supportive and actively congratulated me. The process from this point was communicated very clearly and I felt comfortable contacting her with any follow up questions. She was always polite and very accomodating, making time for multiple visits to the property, even on short notice, to inspect that all amenities were functioning and in good condition. She was proactive and thorough, using initiative to turn on all necessary appliances shortly before we arrived to demonstrate they were working, and bringing a device so we could test every power outlet. I never felt rushed and was reassured that I could take as much time as I needed to check every aspect of the apartment and the shared areas of the building complex until I was absolutely confident in my decision. She remained very professional and friendly during every interaction we had and she came across as highly trustworthy and supportive. I am very happy with the whole experience and I would strongly recommend dealing with her to prospective home buyers, especially those looking to purchase their first home.
