Poor service

Lack of communication and support. I was rejected for presetellment inspection as I was told they are too busy. Had to push pre settlement inspection through my lawyer which is ridiculous. Issues at the propery have been rectified late, hence our settlement have been delayed which put more pressure on the seller and the buyer. Had to reschedule everything including moving company, floor installation and new furniture deliveries. Hectic.
