A great experience, from start to finish

Aura took care of us from start to finish. But the finish was exceptional. I don't know how other RE Agents work, but I hope they are something like Tavis Callard and Aura. Aura has held our hands all through this investment property process, through purchase, rental management and sale. All along the way, Aura has been awesome. So even before the sale, we were pretty happy with Aura and their people. Then, when we decided to sell, Tavis Callard was put on the case. Tavis isn't a hard sell kind of guy. He'll tell you what he thinks, but he'll take your thoughts into consideration. But he also tells you what you need to know, which is how to maximise your outcomes with strategic improvements. For us, he nailed it. I can't thank him, and Vivian, his offsider, enough. Great team. They CAN make the difference.
