Tavis Chivers

Tavis and his team from Dillon and sons made the purchase of my property an extremely easy process all my questions where answered quickly and professionally along with many check ins even after settlement to make sure there was no concerns along the way, couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Great communications with a strong knowledge of local market. We sold in a low market but achieved a good result.

My wife and I were impressed with the selling process . Tavis kept us well Informed with what was happening in the market and prompt updates after each open house inspection. Lisa and I are happy to recommend Tavis for buying or selling your next property. Regards, David Wells

Tavis recently sold a property for me, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He's incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I have no hesitations in recommending Tavis and the team at Dillons to any prospective sellers and buyers.

Tavis, leanne and the team are wonderfull to work with given it was a separation property sale Tavis did amazingly. He’s up frount honest and to his word and has patience. We may not have seen eye to eye on a couple of things but I would not have had it any other way. When or if I would recomend anyone it would be Tavis with everyone at Dillons Dungog. Thanky again for all your help and patience.

Tavis had excellent communication throughout the whole process and I really appreciated his straight shooter attitude.
