Tavis was knowledgeable, helpful and honest, would recommend

We found Tavis Chivers of Dillon and Sons to be a great asset. He sold our farming business and had vast knowledge of the industry in what has a small market of purchases at the time he came through with a buyer we would recommend him to anyone looking to sell

Great effort Tavis, it was a pleasure working with you on this sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services upon enquiry. Regards, Anthony

I have recently purchased a property through Dillon & Sons, shown to me by Tavis Chivers. From the outset, Tavis has been honest, down to earth and informative. As the circumstances involving settlement of the property were delayed due to my finances, Tavis was extremely patient and understanding. He kept both the Vendors and myself informed of the situation constantly, and made a difficult situation easier for everyone involved. I would not hesitate in recommending Tavis to anyone considering an agent to handle the listing of their property.

Tavis was great to deal with. He was honest, and communicated everything he could to us during the whole process of buying our property.

Tavis showed me a number of properties, advised me on properties that I inquired about if they were unsuitable for my requirements and adapted as my requirements changed.

We were very pleased with the outcome of the sale of our property listed with Tavis Chivers.
