As newcomers both to the area and to rural property ownership we found Tavis to be extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. He had clearly established an excellent relationship with the vendors, and this came through on our various visits. He was happy to spend a fair bit of time showing us round the property, answering our numerous questions with patience and good humour and we would happily recommend him to other vendors and purchasers.
