Taya originally sold the property to me in 2015, I was so impressed that I asked her to sell my home late last year. Taya was once again fantastic. Her wealth of knowledge regarding Merrimac is excellent. Her friendly disposition and great communication skills are an asset and make the whole process much easier. Nothing was too difficult, and when we were confronted with a challenge, Taya would do her utmost to rectify it, before it became a problem.
