Her wealth of knowledge re Merrimac and the real estate market was obvious. Taya always answered my calls or returned them promptly. All questions re concerns or worries that I had were answered, and I was put at ease throughout a potentially very stressfull process. She definitely went beyond her role as a Real Estate Agent and was a great help on a number of levels. For instance, she held the keys of the car that I bought off the previous owner and after transaction was completed she hand delivered them to me after-hours with a big smile on her face.
