I am writing this review with absolute honesty and sincerity.....I found Taya to be professional, efficient and very pleasant. Her wealth of knowledge re Merrimac and the real estate market was obvious. Taya always answered my calls or returned them promptly. All questions re concerns or worries that I had were answered, and I was put at ease throughout a potentially very stressfull process. She definitely went beyond her role as a Real Estate Agent and was a great help on a number of levels. For instance, she held the keys of the car that I bought off the previous owner and after transaction was completed she hand delivered them to me after-hours with a big smile on her face. My dealings with her were always pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Taya to either sell your home or help a client purchase a property.

We found Taya Rich to be an honest, friendly, can do attitude person who give's true and honest comments.
