I found Tayla to be very professional & friendly. She is very switched on. Tayla came to give me an appraisal on my unit. She knew of a prospective buyer & gave me an option of that person inspecting my property on the same day of her appraisal, making it clear to me that I was under no pressure to agree at that stage of our meeting. I agreed the prospective person could inspect my unit that same day. Tayla told me she would value my unit as high $400’s. Within 3 hours I had an offer of $475,000, which again Tayla explained I was under no pressure to accept the offer. I accepted the offer & the 6 weeks settlement.
