We have bought and sold with Tayla and we have been so happy with our experience. She is a part of the community so she knows the area and the people well, she walked us through everything, gave a realistic price guide based on the area and buyer trends and made the process so easy at a time where we didn't have any more room on our plate for the stress of organising our house sale. This came in the form of telling us each thing we needed to do, sending reminders knowing we had possibly forgotten due to being overwhelmed, and sending us contacts of people to do things that needed doing. We are so grateful for all Tayla has done to help us in this transition and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home!
